Our Story
Sweet Fizz was created by Wes and Heather Callahan, along with our three kids, Adalyn, Lexton, and Emerson, right here in the community we're proud to call home.
The idea for Sweet Fizz came during a season of uncertainty for our family. What we didn't know at the time was that God was using that season to lead us somewhere completely unexpected.
OUR MISSION
More Than Just Really Good Drinks
With a lot of faith, hard work, late nights, and plenty of taste testing, Sweet Fizz opened its doors in Hernando in August 2026.
From the beginning, we wanted Sweet Fizz to be about more than just really good drinks. We wanted to create a fun, welcoming place where you know the people behind the counter, kids stop by after school, teams come in after games, and friends and families have a place to gather.
The way Hernando has supported our family and embraced Sweet Fizz has been more than we ever could have imagined. Every drink made, every familiar face, and every new customer who walks through our doors gets to be a small part of our story.
